Terms & Conditions – Wild Spirit Sportswear
1. Orders & Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Dispatch typically occurs within 3-4 working days, but depending on availability, some items may take longer. Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on the courier and your location.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Standard Shipping costs are £3.95 for orders delivered within 3-4 days. Express delivery is £6.95 for orders delivered within 1-2 days. Orders over £75 receive free delivery.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery times are subject to courier schedules and external factors beyond our control. We currently only ship to UK addresses. Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
3. Your Rights Under Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving their goods, except for items that are personalised or custom-made, perishable, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (if unsealed). At Wild Spirit Sportswear, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided items are in their original condition and packaging. However, we reserve the right to refuse returns if an item is not in a resalable condition. If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please contact hello@wildspiritsportswear.co.uk as soon as possible.
4. Returns & Refunds (Faulty or Damaged Items Only)
Customers may return items within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with any tags or packaging intact. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing. hello@wildspiritsportswear.co.uk. To process a return, we may request photos of the item and packaging as proof of damage. Once a return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size, colour, or change of mind. Please follow our returns process above. All returns will be refunded once product is received by us. Please place a new order in your choice of colour or size.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact hello@wildspiritsportswear.co.uk so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Cancellations & Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless you contact us before it is dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the returns process as outlined above.
8. Product Care & Use
Some items may have specific care instructions, such as hand-wash only or not suitable for washing machines or tumble dryers. Please check individual product descriptions before use. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care of merchandise.
