Wild Spirit Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Wild Spirit Sportswear, we want you to feel confident, powerful, and unstoppable in everything you wear. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make returns simple and stress-free.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to return any item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags still attached

(Trying on for fit is absolutely fine — we get it.)

How to Make a Return

  1. Email us at hello@wildspiritsportswear.co.uk with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply with the return address and next steps.
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 working days.

Return Postage

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless your item is faulty or we made an error.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. This helps us keep stock accurate and ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll put it right immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items returned with signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or damage not present on arrival
