For Grace, hiking became much more than a hobby. During a time when she was struggling with anxiety and panic attacks, the outdoors offered something she desperately needed—space to breathe, time to think and the chance to reconnect with herself. What started as a way to escape the noise gradually became a passion for exploring the incredible landscapes the UK has to offer.

Today, Grace shares her adventures to encourage others to discover the positive impact that nature can have on both body and mind. Whether she’s walking through rolling countryside, climbing mountain trails or discovering hidden beauty spots, her message is always the same: you don’t have to travel far to find something that lifts your spirits.

That’s why Grace felt such a strong connection to Lumin.
